"I just wanted to write to say thanks for a great night last Saturday at the Chocolate Degustation evening. Rochelle and the team were gracious hosts and the evening was very much enjoyed by myself and the 3 others I dragged along. I’m still running around sharing the pictures with all my foodie friends. We would be very keen to come back for the August degustation so please let me know when the details for that event are released and I will be first in line.
Special thanks to Sandro for inviting me into his kitchen at the end of the night. As a mad keen (amateur) pastry chef it was great to talk to the man behind the creations and spend some time in his workspace.

"I have been to 3 cooking classes now and I am writing to thank you all and let you know how exceptional I found them.
Your staff are incredible, not only friendly and helpful but polite too and very understanding. Due to other commitments I have not been able to stay for the suppers, and the staff have gone out of their way to ensure that I am still able to take the food home and not make me feel as if I am creating a huge fuss.
The classes themselves are impeccably presented and the techniques I have learned have dramatically improved my cooking skills.
The knowledge Rochelle and Sandro impart is simply invaluable, and I am able to transfer that into other recipes too.
Thank you all very much and I thoroughly look forward to the chocolate class coming up in June! You are an amazing team and are creating something incredibly special here in Perth."

Everything that came out of the kitchen was amazing! Extra special thanks to the lovely lady serving us as well. I didn't catch her name but she was so friendly and looked after us so well, making sure our glasses were topped up and our tummy's full. I wouldn't even know where to start on the favourites, it's probably a fight between the Christmas icecream and the sweet arancini balls...delish! Although I am partial to a good LMP as well...
We all had such a great time and the room is just gorgeous. Thanks again, and no doubt many of us will be seeing you again soon!"
