We will share some of our favourite chocolate recipes to help you create your very own ‘chocolate dessert degustation’ menu for a truly special occasion.
Thursday, 2nd August & Thursday, 9th August
If you’ve ever wanted to make the perfect croissant then now is your chance, learn from a Pastry Chef with over 20 years experience. The team will impart some of their secrets to perfecting pastry.
Thursday, 16th August
With Head Chef’s Italian heritage, we will share with you his favourite family recipes. You will learn how to make pasta dough, filled pasta, techniques and traditional sauces to accompany them.
Thursday, 6th September & Thursday, 13th September
Want to host your own high tea? In this class you will learn how to create your own party with gorgeous little sweet things from cupcakes to scones.
Thursday, 27th September
Want to learn how to make amazing tarts? Join our resident tarts for a beautiful mix of both savoury and sweet. We will also reveal Rochelle’s favourite recipe of all time!
Thursday, 25th October
We will run through our interpretation of the traditional Christmas recipes. Learn how to make fruit mince tarts, pudding, cakes and to accompany them the most perfect brandy anglaise.
Thursday, 1st November
In this class we will be looking at a selection of ice creams, parfait and the always-impressive baked Alaska. You can easily turn these recipes into sensational summer dinner party finales.
Thursday, 15th November
Are you tired of serving the same rubbery eggs? We will show you step by step how to create the perfect brunch and create a balanced menu of sweet and savoury that will please everyone.
Cooking class details…
* All classes are all $120.00 per person inclusive of instruction, full recipes to take home and supper. All our classes are held in our working kitchen and our comprehensive instruction by the rochelle adonis team is demonstrative.
* Classes start at 6pm and finish approximately 8.30pm during which time we spend 2 hours in the kitchen followed by supper in our beautiful dining room with loose-leaf tea or plunger coffee and a full de-briefing with the chef.
* There are only 14 places per class and bookings will be confirmed with full payment. This can be done by phoning the studio on 9227 0007 between 10am-4pm on Wednesday-Sunday.
* We also can do group bookings for corporate or team building events (maximum 12). Please contact the studio for more details via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the dates published above fill up, we will then waitlist all subsequent enquiries. Should this list meet our minimum numbers, we will happily put on additional classes to satisfy demand. However, we have the right to cancel a class if attendance doesn’t meet our minimum class number requirements. You will be offered an alternate class or a gift certificate should this happen.
A person booked into a class can only be transferred to another class or issued with a credit note if more than 7 days notice is given. If less than 7 days notice is given you are welcome to replace yourself with a friend! If we are in a position to be able to fill your place with another customer (we will try our best) you will be entitled to a credit note. If no replacement is found, the place in the class will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
We do not give refunds in cash; however a credit note will be issued. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
