In the kitchen


Today the kitchen has been abuzz, rochelle and her worker bees have been making nougat, butterfly cakes, chocolate tarts and savory delights.

Rochelle believes in using the best quality ingredients. Some of her favorites are Valrhona Chocolate, the darker the better, Madagascan vanilla bean, all of 'Bannister Downs' fresh products and of course lashings of butter.

Tomorrow is a big day at rochelle adonis cakes + confections. We have six groups coming in for our amazing high tea. On the menu are gorgeous hand dipped truffles, macaroons and meringue kisses, chocolate mousse, jam tarts and hand weighed marshmallow. Sounds like heaven....
